What is Fall Fest?
Fall Fest is a brand new event designed to gather together as a District and Celebrate the opportunity to play hard, pray even harder, and have a lot of fun together. As followers of Christ we Celebrate what God is doing in His People and invite as many people as possible to join us in this journey. If you like having fun and being around people who like to do the same, this event is for you!
What will be doing?
Fall Fest has all sorts of activities to encourage us to Celebrate the gifts that God has given us. Most events are geared to be played in small teams so you can pair up with friends from your local church, invite new friends to join in on the fun, or even partner up once you get to the event. The goal is to have a lot of fun and meet some new people along the way. Events include:
3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
3 on 3 Volleyball tournament
2 on 2 Badminton Tournament
2 on 2 Spike-ball Tournament
2 on 2 Cornhole Tournament
Gaga Ball Tournament
E-sports (Smash Bros, Madden, more..)
Talent (Art and Vocal/Instrument)
When is this taking Place?
Come Celebrate and join the fun on October 15th-16th for a day in a half long event. We will kick off on Friday evening to worship and have a fun filled Dodgeball Tournament. Then, we will come back the next morning and have a whole day of fun filled tournaments. We will end the day with an Awards ceremony and opportunity to worship once more. Tentative Schedule is as follows:
6:00-7:00 - Registration
7:00-8:00 - Opening Ceremony/Service
8:00-9:30 - Dodgeball Tournament
6:00-7:00 - Breakfast
7:00-12:00 - Tournament
12:00-1:00 - Lunch
1:00 - 4:30 - Tournament
4:30 - 6:00 - Closing Ceremony

How much is this going to Cost?
Sign up Before October 14 and the cost is $30 per student. The day of the event, it goes up the $40. Adult's leaders/helpers/Spectators will be $20.
Registration will open up on September 15th and that gets you event swag, entry into the tournaments, Breakfast & Lunch on the 16th and more.
The more people we have, the bigger the Celebration will be. If you haven’t caught on yet the theme of this years Fall Fest is CELEBRATE!Remind your Youth Leaders, pump up your youth peeps, invite any other friends, and prepare to have a great time with your District AZNYI family. We can't wait to see you there.
How to Register
We are asking for 1 leader of each group to register the entire group. When you click on register now, you will be directed to a page. We have 3 main sports to register for: 3 on 3 basketball (Co-Ed), 3 on 3 volleyball (Co-Ed), and Ultimate Frisbee (Co-Ed, 7 on field and minimum of 2 girls on field at any time). Also, if a student is interested in Talent make sure they check Talent. The rest of the tournaments such as spike ball, badminton, corn hole, E-sports, and gaga ball will have day of the event sign ups.
Please fill out the top of the form including Church name and input the number of full teams for each of the main sports you are bringing. On the bottom part of the registration, you can fill out individuals who want to play sports that we will add to teams the day of the event. We need their name, grade, shirt size, sports interested in playing.

What if I can’t make the Friday activities?
Can’t make Friday, that’s Ok we still want you to be there on Saturday!!! The main Fall Fest activities take place on Saturday so although you are going to miss some of the fun, you will still have a blast participating in all the activities on Saturday. Price remains the same and you will be glad you came.
Our Church is outside the Phoenix Metropolitan area, where should we stay?
We have two host churches that have offered up their facilities for any church that is coming from out of town. Monte Vista and Phoenix 1st. There is plenty of space at each facility so just let us know your coming and we’ll make sure you are taken care of. There won’t be any shower facilities but plenty of bathrooms and space to separate guys and girls.
What if my Church isn’t going?
YOUR CHURCH ISN’T COMING?!?!?! No worries, you can still attend the event. Round up some of your youth group and head over to the event. All we ask is to have a leader sign you up so we know you’re coming. You’ll have a blast and then you can rub it in your leaders face that you had a great time, and they didn’t.
What if my leader signed us up and I want to invite a friend?
Please, please, please invite as many friends as possible to this event! This is great for those who are already part of youth groups, and great for those who need to hear the message of The Good News. If you have a late addition to add to your group registration, please have your leader email Sean so he can make the change in the system. The sooner we get the info, the better we can accommodate the change.
What if my Church doesn’t have enough for a team?
No worries, this event is designed to mix it up and be able to create new teams with people from multiple churches. If you want to play a sport but don’t have enough, just let us know your interested in playing a sport and we’ll put you on another team.
What if I show up to the event and I didn’t register?
You will have the best experience if you sign up with us before coming to the event. If you show up to the event and you didn’t register, the cost is $40 and you won’t be guaranteed any of the event swag. However, you’ll still be able to participate in the event and you will have a great time.
What type of talent opportunities are available?
We are opening this up to a wide array of Talent opportunities. If you sing, play an instrument, write sermons, draw, paint, do photography, create videos, dance, rap, then we want you to display your gifts. If there is something that doesn’t quite fit what’s listed above, then contact us and let us know what you want to show.
